Ask HN: Roles for a 30 yoe win and Pascal dev?

I have a good friend who has around 30 years of experience and is extremely talaneted at Windows internals/API, and developing in Pacal/Delphi. He is skilled at reverse engineering and does know C and C++, but is happiest developing in Pascal. Is anyone looking for a dev who has this skill set?

I realize it’s a very small market with these skills, but wanted to give a post on HN as a shot. Thanks!
