AKA our content got outdated and we don't want to put the effort to update it.

It's a real problem when a major version launches every 6 months.

Tutorials made for Angular 2 back in 2016 still work fine though, the major version bump just means there have been some breaking changes but they are usually minor.
Genuine question, I'm actually interested in the answer and not in any way implying it's a bad choice or you shouldn't:

Is there anyone here in the HN community who would pick Angular for a new project in 2019 over, say, React or Vue?

If so, why?
