Ask HN: Any cheap dual head HDMI KVM switch?

I am using quite a few machines, some being mine and others being systems I need to use for specific projects. It is getting tiresome to plug and unplug things (albeit some -but not all- of the systems do have thunderbolt, making it a bit easier) so, I am looking for a better solution. For more than two systems, prices look quite high for such a thing. I can understand that digital signals may require some more electronics than the VGA based KVMs of old but still.

Logging remotely on the boxes is a non option as some need to have a working VPN connection to do anything.

What would be your advice on this front?
