Ask HN: Are there any technical marketing firms?

Hello, I often find myself hard to express or present my tech ideas to the internet. I know there are plenty of good marketing people there but I highly doubt if they know how to get the 'technical' product to the right audience as that needs understanding of the product's current culture. Is that problem stated before? I've did some search and come up with 'technical marketing engineer' perhaps that's the closest. If you have any hints on this, please leave a comment! Thank you.
