HELP: Blatant Copying Of Content

I write an iPad blog at http://iptiam.com. I realized that someone has blatantly copied all my content from iptiam.com to his/her site http://iscoops.com - What is the best way to teach this shameless guy a lesson? (If the guy takes down the site pls look at Google Cache)
