Ask HN: Why don't recruiters share detailed feedback on interviews?

When candidates take hours to complete their take home assignment while interviewing, why don't recruiters and reviewers spend like 5-10 mins for a candidate sending a constructive feedback rather a lame rejection or not a strong solution email?

PS: Based on my personal experience, please excuse me if i'm the outlier.
