Be cautious when using GitHub's shop

I ordered close to $180 worth of shirts from GitHub's shop on 03/08/2019. They charged my card almost instantly, and now 11 days later, I have not received a tracking number or any information on my order. I've emailed them multiple times and have received no response. In addition, I'm traveling for two weeks in a few days and if they do ship my order, it looks like it will be stolen from my doorstep...
