O.k. Imagine how messed up the database is.

What happens the next time the data is loaded. How does anyone figure out how far away anything is?

I assume they have a non-randomized/modified version of the database for internal government use.

Still, it makes me wonder how anybody ever finds anything. Do people just not use GPS data for finding/going to locations? And why is this the first I've ever heard of it? Seems like a big deal.

You would think a neural net could fix this, comparing the broken Images/broken Google Maps to the broken Image/correct Google Maps
