Mixpanel - Support Engineer

We're looking for someone to help us handle support at Mixpanel. This person needs to be technical.

Our wishlist but we're flexible:

- Knows Javascript

- Knows how HTTP / the web works.

- Knows a programming language other than Javascript and has built something in it.

- Likes working with customers

- Will get their hands dirty in code to figure out customer problems.

- Willing to talk with customers on the phone directly to solve their problems.

- Goal is to make customer response time as small as possible.
