Canada warming at twice the global rate, leaked report finds (cbc.ca)

I have long suspected that Canada's politicians emit much more hot air than the global average, and these findings tend to confirm that suspicion.

I was hoping this was a joke thinking that "Environment and Climate Change Canada" was made up too. The name's real. Climate change folks have to do better PR. Don't release info on April 1 if you want to be taken seriously and not get lost in the noise.

"Government report scheduled for release on Tuesday"--could still be a joke.
