Resources to Scale Up AWS

I've been interviewing for PM roles and I received feedback that I am lacking in my understanding of how to scale architectures on AWS. I would like to learn more about this and improve.

Can anyone point me towards good books/papers/talks/etc to read about this topic and ways to improve my skillset?
