This is ridiculously over the top, imho. 10% of global revenues is: ~300 million for Twitter ~1.6 billion for Facebook ~1.5 billion for Youtube

This law is already in effect. Referring to the "expeditiously":

"The gunman broadcasted his attack live on Facebook and it was widely shared for over an hour before being removed, a timeframe Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison described as unacceptable."

Zuck should just pull out of Australia and cease all operations there. Not like it's a big market anyway
