Ask HN: Privacy Focused iOS Ad Networks?

Are there any iOS ad networks that try to respect user's privacy?

I'm working on an app that would benefit from free & paid versions. On the free version it would be nice to earn some money from banner ads. But I don't really want to install a 50k LOC SDK that gives the ad network free reign over the device.

Ideally the ad network would load banner images from a server, display them, track clicks and not much else.

Are any networks available like this?
