Looking for Freelance Web/Mobile Dev

Looking for a short-term Freelance Developer skilled in building/implementing Web/Mobile apps.

Need to develop:: -Logic/tech for a stripped down Viral-Loop process, -Logic/tech for a stripped down user/profile/social-network process, -Logic/tech for a dashboard functionality for the above functionality.

I'd prefer using open-source apps (if any are available) to speed up the process.

I've got an existing "shell" of an app that I've been using that I intend to add the functionality into. However, I'm also open to building a completely new/fresh app.

I also need to implement a stripped down bookstore/ecommerce app.

The stack for this is: -PHP -Mysql -Javascript -- frontend -mobile -- we can discuss if the process gets that far.

I'm envisioning the entire process to take few weeks.
