Are the United States of America Embassies (& Other Embassies) in Algeria MITM?

I'm trying to leave the region back to the United States of America. I've previously served, but cannot remember much and I cannot be made to remember and I have evidence I have been reprogrammed. I need my medications and my food supplies unavailable in Algeria formally mathematically speaking. The region is unstable. I specialize in AI philosophy and other military industrial complex projects. Previously I worked in cryptography research and since I started specializing in counter-neurowarfare since starting from worse to worst. Ask me any questions.
