A license to print money: HR1957; Sec11202 a.1; 67 F. R. 67247

Because I saw people arguing over whether this bill did do what was claimed:

HR1957; Sec11202 a.1 requires the IRS to permanently stick to the 2002 agreement 67 Fed. Reg. 67247.

That agreement contains the text:

"The Agreement and during its term, the IRS will not compete with the private sector by providing free on-line tax preparation and filing services to taxpayers."

And this bill makes that term permanent.
