My own experience

i can tell you my own experience. I only program 2 years post diploma. Now i m 35, managing multi millions $ telco project around world. I never found back the excitation i had 10 years ago developping under VC+ and having the ability to turn my ideas into reality - being at the edge of the wave and modernity = internet. since then i tried to hire, partner some developper as i m still excited about my "brillant" ideas ;) NDA, no trust, no same motivation... lot of criteria just ruin all attempt to partner a developper.

2 days ago i ve printed all IOS doc and i m starting now.
