Ask HN: How can I (legally) help a friend get personal info taken down?

My friend at one time sent her resume/cv to http://www.acecareer.co.kr/ They found an un-submitted photo of her (from Facebook I presume) and added it. Since posting her resume she has changed her mind and no longer needs/wants it online. She has contacted the company and asked them to remove it without success. She has sought a Korean embassy, and political representatives for help, but no success as of yet. Any ideas?
