Ask HN: Hack a Radio Station Contest

I'm wondering if there is any torrent equivalent for making a call in to a radio station contest. There has to be some solution out there to open as many calls as possible to get through the dammed busy signal.

Cell phones don't connect fast enough, and Google Voice gives rings until it goes busy.

If there's no way to do this yet, perhaps someone smarter than me would be interested in building a phone torrent solution to beat busy signals.
