Google's "New Service" in Account Page

Dropped by my Google account page @ https://www.google.com/accounts/b/0/ManageAccount and see "New Service" listed after "News". The "New Service" link just points to google.com. It's there for my GMail account, but not for any of my Google Apps accounts. Anyone got any scoops on this? Social thingy?
