Both my wife and I work at the same company, in tech. I usually drop off and pick up the kids, because she is a project manager and has more meetings to run. My work is pretty flexible, and I have freedom to come and go as I need.
I don't know how we would do it if I didn't have that kind of flexibility. It is crazy how many days you end up having to miss because of kids. When they are sick, or there is a school holiday, or there is something that requires a parent at school.
