Ask HN: Best website to meet part time cofounder?

I'm a full time software dev and I build games and projects on the side. Seeking a cofounder or collaborator to work on projects with. Where should I be looking?

Here's my analysis so far:

AngelList: Sparse, dated

CofoundersLab: Seems Ok, met a few here

Reddit/r/cofounder: Hit and miss, mostly miss, not targeted, bad ux

ShapR app: Seems good, but not targeted to cofounders

I'm based in Chicago and have connections to Silicon valley too. Expecting to work remotely with my future collaborator.
