When these sites go pay wall as the New York Times has they disappear. Actually just today I moved a bunch of my favorite sites into a folder of oblivion called PW. I understand their need and desire to make money but if I am going to spend money on the New York Times I will buy the paper one. So many sites are going behind pay walls and they will eventually die. Tragic. If I buy a paper copy of the New York Times, I own it forever. Their website is excellent but I'm just not willing to pay for all of the sites that expect me too. They certainly have every right to charge what they want, as I have every right to stop viewing them.
