Poll: Did you see the alternative parse of the title?

Recently there was an article submitted with the title: "What other smart city projects can learn from Taipei." I clicked through and found an article on things to learn, and not a list of cities, which surprised me.

So I'm wondering how many if this audience spotted the alternative parse, how many got it right, how many wrong, how many didn't notice.
