What advances in computing will we need to create a hyper-accurate simulation of reality?

We are already doing this. Look at Weather simulations and other Tech promising simulation of User/Behavior to determine Selling trends. If we just mix these together we can image in future we will be able to create pretty realistic Test Bed. Maybe Neuromorphic chips
