Ask HN: How to get “first 10 champion users” for career app?

I've been working on PathBase (AI Chief Learning Officer that helps young professionals navigate & build dream careers).

Recently launched on PH and got decent userbase (~150k), and invaluable feedback on shortcomings (i.e. onboarding, UI/UX, bugs). Although qualitative feedback was good ("love where this is going!"), retention sucked (and I get it - the app isn't there yet).

I'm struggling to find more users to iterate the updates and get a feedback loop going and achieve "stickiness". How should I go about acquiring & retaining these users?
