Ask HN: Git-Based Notes on Android?

My primary note taking tool is a git repo full of md files that I access with Sublime. This works well for syncing between all my computers, but it falls short if I want to access my notes from my phone. Has anyone found a good way to sync these sorts of files with a phone?
