Ask HN: Why do you use Chrome?

In an age where Google is an archenemy of privacy and security and spies and tracks you on everything you do, is there a reason to use Chrome?

I use Waterfox, the even-more analytics stripped down version of Firefox. It's more than fast enough to my eyes, and I know I'm helping "free" the world from a Google tyrany by using it. I also have the AdNauseam plugin, which Chrome deleted from its store very conveniently.

I can make a hundred arguments why I despise Google, but I want to hear yours on why to use it. Any other reason than for web dev?
