Ask HN: Software to Crowdsource Scanned Documents

Hi everyone. Can anyone suggest me an open source software that can be used to crowdsource hundreds of thousand scanned documents that are then processed via an OCR and stored in a repository format? I can see digital repositories like Invenio work for my usecase but not sure about the OCR part. Anyone come across something similar to my usecase? Thanks
