In the FAQ section under "Is Razer Silver a cryptocurrency?" it says it is not. It claims to be a royalty rewards program.
So, it's not a cryptocurrency if for no other reason that you can't exchange it with anyone but Razer. But then why is it called a "miner". And what are they doing with your CPU cycles?
