Ask HN: Best Advanced Mysql/SQL book

So i recently discovered i'm a real noob at Mysql/Sql DBM. I know the basic stuff, and can get around pretty much, but when it comes to the complex stuff ... Lets just say i need to expand my knowledge.

can any body recommend a book that will get me up to speed with complex mysql theories? covering Sprocs, advanced joins, etc.
