Ask HN: If you were creating a new 'jvm' now, how would it be different?

Considering the rise in popularity of arm processors, one would assume that that would have a impact on virtual machine design. Also the emphasis on multicore is a more important concept then when the JVM was introduced. Also the increased interest in dynamic languages post-dates the jvm. What would the 2010 JVM look like.
