Ask HN: Whistleblowing on a Tech Company

I know a tech company that's raised a crapload of money (even by SV standards) but I suspected their tech doesn't work.

A colleague who I consider very smart coincidentally (and independently) was very suspicious about them too.

I don't work for the company (not uBeam btw) but I'm kinda fed up their bullshit (quoting some lyrics here :-)).

How can I whistleblow on them such that they're forced to demo their tech and prove that it works?
