Rackspace adds Managed Cloud option, drops low-end dedicated servers

I just received a promotional email from Rackspace describing their new managed cloud offering. After playing around with the configurator, I noticed that the managed cloud offering was more expensive than the entry-level dedicated server I had been looking at a few months prior - so I checked, and it looks like they've now removed the entry-level dedicated servers entirely: http://www.rackspace.com/managed_hosting/configurations.php.
