I still can't use Firefox: Pinch-to-zoom support

I tried to switch to FireFox again due to "Google Guilt" and hopes of increasing battery life on my MacBook, but I've ended up just having both Chrome and FireFox open.

I can't pinch to zoom. I turn off scaling on my Macbook Pro so I can have as much screen real estate as possible, but when I read text and want to look at images Chrome's perfect pinch to zoom has become second nature. I've tried an extension in FireFox to support, but it doesn't work on half the web pages I visit (including hackernews) and literally breaks the other half, or lags for several seconds before zooming. It surprises me that FireFox doesn't natively support a basic feature supported by every other major browser.

My other issues are just lack of support for Chromecast and good Picture-in-Picture support.
