Ask HN: IBM Clous vs. AWS for Prototyping?

What do you think is easier to get set up between the two?

I found that IBM Cloud has a lot of StarterKits which give you the boiler plate right away. Though I did find a bunch of bugs during the process. Making me uneasy to proceed further.

However, I was not able to find much of AWS with similar resources.

Any pointers?
