Ask HN: Which CA do you use for S/MIME?

With the recent (https://www.storageforum.net/forum/threads/psa-sectigo-formally-comodo-ca-free-s-mime-certificates.11444/) change from Comodo, there are no longer any realistically usable sources of free S/MIME certificates.

So, for those who use S/MIME, where do you buy your certs?

I had a discussion with a sales rep from DigiCert a couple of years ago. My company is small, and they wouldn't sell me just a handful of S/MIME certs (minimum order is 50), unless I also bought a regular server (or EV etc) cert.

Does anyone have any leads on good/not-a-PITA-to-issue-or-renew S/MIME certs? I don't mind paying, if it's reasonable.
