Nacho Analytics Permanent Data Outage

We suffered a recent data outage that now seems to be permanent. We have always gotten our Nacho Analytics data from a trusted 3rd party, but that source is no longer available.

Unfortunately, we are unable to continue to send new data to you for sites you have already created, and we cannot support new websites. We will also stop new customer sign ups going forward.

We have a few options available to you, and our goal is to make things go as fairly and as smoothly as we can:

Thank you for your patience while we work through this unexpected data loss. An individual exploited our tool specifically to seek out security flaws in less-secure websites. This was not a hack. No private information was disclosed. No customer information (name, credit card, etc) was accessed. However, our provider can no longer get the raw data that supports Nacho Analytics as a result.
