Ask HN: Starting in IT Support. I need direction on the next step

For background, I had an internship doing tier 1 helpdesk at a local MSP. I graduate this fall, but was hired last full for a real job as an IT Support Coordinator for a Manufacturing company.

My degree is in Information Systems, and first step is to finish that of course, but where should I go from here? What certs would you recommend, and what path would you suggest I look into? I hate to admit it but I do not think I'm the type of person to get into development.
