Poll: Ask HN: Which web application framework programming language do you use? 4 points by chunkbot 15y ago ↗ HN The programming language behind the web application framework, but you can specify what you use in the comments.
[–] rewind 15y ago ↗ ASP.NET isn't a language (but considering how few people on HN use the MS stack, I don't think it's going to throw off your results by much).
[–] liamgriffiths 15y ago ↗ Depends on the task so I'm not sure how useful the responses to a poll like this would be. I tend turn to these: PHP - codeigniter, Drupal Perl - usually a custom framework Python - Flask, Pylons
[–] arianb 15y ago ↗ Python - Flask PHP - DrupalI infinitely prefer Flask, but I can only really do that for personal projects. Everything at work is PHP / Drupal.
[–] zeemonkee 15y ago ↗ Django for work, Flask for home projects, although (slowly) learning Clojure and Haskell. PHP/Wordpress/Drupal for the occasional family website.
