This is an oddly-editorialized title for an article titled, "What many diabetics don’t know: you can buy inexpensive, over-the-counter insulin in U.S."
Additionally, this article presents the views of a single interviewed person, and includes flat disputations from him of documented events. People have died and are dying due to lack of access to insulin, and simply stating "I do not accept the idea that people are dying..." doesn't make it so.

If there are life-saving alternatives available to people, surely there are ways to provide that information without being condescending and dismissive.
