Ask HN: Has Google Open Sourced Titan M Firmware?

This blog post https://android-developers.googleblog.com/2018/10/building-titan-better-security-through.html suggested that the Titan M firmware would be open sourced, but I haven't been able to find the source anywhere. Does anyone know if it is available?
