Core calculus book that refreshes prerequisite knowledge along the way

Over the next two to three months I would like to refresh my knowledge of core calculus.

It's been a while since I've studied math. Are there any recommended books (or other learning sources) that briefly refresh prerequisite knowledge along the way?
