We started building Rankz around August last year in a very competitive market and have recently crossed $25K MRR.

I have documented the exact growth strategies we used to gain the initial beta users as well as how we got first 100 paying customers.

Read the whole stuff. Really a descriptive guide of all stuff one can do to gain subscribers to their SAAS product.
