Ask HN: Article suggesting hunter-mindset is good for debugging

I remember seeing an article posted on HN discussing phenomena observed in military IED detection; if the soldiers take on a 'hunter' mindset with the IED being the prey, they have a much higher chance of locating IEDs compared to a victim mindset where they are viewing the IEDs as something to be avoided.

Does anybody remember this article?
