Ask HN: Anyone else find that magazine apps won’t download in Apple’s Appstore?

I find Apple’s own News App downloads quickly on different networks using my iPad but Flipster, Flipboard and RBDigital all just hang when I try to install them. Trying to figure out if it’s just me or if this is widespread.
