Ask HN: Which tech companies have an average IC age that skews middle aged?

Basically every time I look at the "company culture" page for a tech company, 90% of the employees look like they are between the ages of 22 and 32. Does anyone have examples of tech companies where the average employee is a bit older for individual contributors?
