Ask HN: What if you could pick your amenities as a tenant?

I'm thinking about building a product for rental companies & independent owners to offer tenants the ability to select services and experiences as amenities.

For example, let's say your apartment company allowed you to select amenities ranging from dog walking services to a monthly subscription for Instacart. You get to choose what you want, and you can change it at any point. They cover the cost, and you get the amenities that you want.

This thought inspired me after moving into a small apartment complex that didn't have in-unit laundry. I thought it would be great if my landlord offered digital amenities since they couldn't provide physical ones like a gym or a laundry room. I would love to have a subscription to a laundry service.

Any thoughts, questions, or feedback is much appreciated! Still in the early phases of what I'm thinking.
