Ask HN: MVP for developers only job board

I'm thinking of starting a jobs board for devs. I'm thinking have devs post their gitlab, github, bitbucket, stack overflow and linked in profiles, and maybe add skills they have and skills they are interested in, and then on the jobs side, ask companies to pay $100 to post or something. What do you think? I think the opportunity is that developers are unique people and the dev jobs market is unique and monster.com just doesn't cut it.

b) where do you see the opportunities in the market?

c) what would be something that would compel you to give it a shot?
