Robert Tappan Morris is the only guy I can think of with those initials, and despite the worm he accidentally unleashed on the Internet many years ago, I wonder if he would try to keep a lower profile than being here on HN.
Yes, rtm is Robert Tappan Morris. He is - as I understand it - one of the co-founders of Y-Combinator[1], so it would be natural for him to have an HN account. Note though, that he hasn't exactly been a prolific poster here.
